LONDON ANIMAL CHARITIES FAIR SPONSORS NEEDED

The London Animal Charities Fair has been running for 38 years and has taken place in various venues in London, including Chelsea, Kensington and this year it will take place in Camden for the first time which we are very excited about.

This year the fair will be held on Sunday 6th November 2011 10am – 4pm at The Camden Centre, Euston Road (Entrance), London WC1H 9LZ.

The fair was set up as an event where many different animal charities and non- profit organisations could raise money and awareness and is still true to this day. Last year we added talks to the event and this year we will add a children’s area and activities. We hope to keep this very successful fair running for another 38 years.

To keep the event moving forward and to make it bigger and better, we need the financial help of sponsors. The cost of running the fair and the cost of advertising is going up all the time and we are struggling with costs. This non-profit event is run by volunteers and we have at times had to use our own personal money to cover costs. We do not want to put the extra costs onto stall holders who are also struggling in these hard times. We only charge £40 per stall so that all groups, large and small can afford to come along and make a good profit on the day. Also we do not want to raise the entrance price for the public as this may have an effect on the numbers that attend the fair, at current we charge £2 entrance fee (with concessions).

Last year we more than doubled the amount of advertising than in past years and this year we would like to do even more.

What we are looking for from our sponsors:

To keep the fair going and to keep the prices of the stalls low for the charities/non- profit organisations attending the fair, also to up the amount of advertising. We are looking for financial help of £500 from each sponsor. We are hoping to get four sponsors.

What we would give to you for your sponsorship of the London Animal Charities Fair 2011: Banner on our website stating that you are this year’s sponsor and linking them to your website.

● Logo on the bottom of letters/emails stating that you are our sponsor for 2011. ● Sponsor logo and website address on all advertising material: Leaflets, Posters etc. ● When we advertise on the internet, papers/magazines, radio we will tell them

about our sponsors. ● On the day of the fair we will put up boards stating that you are our sponsor in the

main reception area and in other prominent places within the hall.
